In the wake of the global pandemic, the British Fashion Council was forced to reimagine London Fashion Week, putting a halt to the usual schedule of catwalk shows and events, instead adopting a new digital home.

Through the pioneering platform – which launches today and is open to the industry and public alike – a host of the best British designers, from Bianca Saunders and Daniel W Fletcher to Nicholas Daley and Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, will be sharing films and stories, in addition to taking part in podcasts and panel discussions. Many will also be unveiling collections across the forthcoming weekend.

And though it’s a pioneering step forward for an industry once so rooted in the physical, one of the things we’re going to miss most about fashion week proper here at GQ is all of the fizz and pop around the actual event – the parties, the people and, perhaps most of all, the street style.

With that in mind, we thought it would be fun to ask some of the most-papped men on the fashion week circuit to shoot themselves wearing their favourite threads. From David Gandy and Sheku Kanneh-Mason to Russell Tovey and Eric Underwood, see below for the most stylish men in Britain wearing their favourite fits at home.

Oh, and if you fancy getting involved yourself, head to @britishgq on either Twitter or Instagram to send us your own fashion week fits at home. Be sure to tag your picture #FashionAtHome and be in with a chance of appearing on our feeds. Happy posing!

Talk us through your outfit, Danny.

I’m wearing a Fred Perry x Bradley Wiggins knit, Sherry’s London trousers, Paul Smith dress socks and GH Bass x Fred Perry loafers.

How are you marking LFW this year?

I’ve been stranded back up north since March, for obvious reasons, and it’s given me a chance to rekindle my love for my wardrobe back at my parent’s house in Yorkshire. I’ve been keeping in regular touch with Nigel Cabourn and Junior Adesanya from Cremate and I’m hoping to catch up with them when the lockdown is over. Other than that, I have been spending time fixing up my car so haven’t had too much time to “dress up”, if you will, but have still been able to pull out some old gems for the scorchio weather we’ve been having!
