Policy Statement

Linden Staub is dedicated to:

    • Preventing modern-day slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

    • Working collaboratively with models, agents, clients, and relevant authorities to address any concerns.

Our Commitment to Models

Linden Staub is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all our models. We will ensure that:

    • Models are at least 16 years old. We will strictly comply with all local and international laws regarding child labour.

    • Models are free to enter and leave contracts willingly. No coercion, intimidation, or threat will be tolerated.
    • Models are given clear and transparent contracts outlining terms and conditions. These contracts will be explained in a language the model understands & always countersigned by a witness.
    • Models are given fair compensation and working conditions. This includes timely payment, breaks, and safe working environments.
    • Models have the right to refuse work without reprisal.
    • Models are provided with clear channels to report any concerns or suspected abuse. All reports will be investigated thoroughly and confidentially.

Working with Partners

Linden Staub is committed to working with reputable partners who share our values. We will:

    • Conduct due diligence on all potential clients and agencies to assess their anti-slavery practices.

    • Include anti-slavery clauses in all contracts with partners.
    • Report any suspected instances of modern-day slavery to the relevant authorities.

Training and Awareness

Linden Staub will provide all staff with regular training on modern-day slavery and human trafficking. This training will cover:

    • The signs and indicators of modern-day slavery.

    • Our company policies and procedures.
    • How to report concerns.

Breach of Policy

Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.

Reporting Concerns

Linden Staub encourages all models, staff, and partners to report any concerns regarding modern-day slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made anonymously through a designated hotline or email address.
